Yes. When there's a visible nest, we take it down and take it with us when we're done. A hidden nest inside a wall or soffit is usually treated in place. If you want it taken out, that means opening up the wall — we do that too, at a separately quoted cost.

We use professional, Health Canada-registered products and apply them according to the label. For a hidden nest the treatment is targeted: a small amount of product goes directly into the nest entrance or the wall, soffit or roof void where the colony is, not sprayed across your home or yard. Keep children and pets away from the immediate treatment area while we work and until any dust has settled. Your technician will tell you if your job needs anything more.

Price depends on whether the nest is visible ($180) or hidden ($250), whether more than one nest needs treatment ($100 each), and how high the nest or entry point is — under 10 ft is included in your service price, 10–25 ft adds a $75 ladder fee, and over 25 ft is quoted separately.

Activity can stop the same day, although some nests take longer after treatment. We'll explain what to expect for your particular job.

If wasps return to the nest we treated within 90 days, we come back and deal with it at no additional charge. It covers the nest we treated, not a new or unrelated nest elsewhere on the property.
